Bible Study-

This is held on Sunday mornings 10:00- 11:00 am and Wed night 7:00- 8:00pm

 

Summer Camp-

It is ALWAYS in last of June and the first of July.

 

Fun and Fellowship-

Did you know that God told the Jews to hold part of their offering back to party?  That’s right; God wants us to have fun!  Isn't that awesome?

 

Service work-

This is the other thing God wants us to do....Serve others.  Look around us and think of other people, what they need and how we can help.  We do one service project a month.  This includes things like, yard work for the elderly, painting, feeding in the soup kitchen, and working for Community Services, trick or treating for canned goods.

 

Mission trips-

Once a year we plan a mission trip, close to home or far away.  Check back with us for more information.  Usually you have to be in senior high but we also take Jr high students sometimes also.

 

Lock-ins-

At least once a year we have a lock-in at the church; Jr High is on a separate night from Sr. High.  Our youth guy and several adults stay with us all night and we play games and eat breakfast at midnight, watch movies and hang out with each other.

Really cool!

 

Special Events-

These include other yearly activities that we do with Junior and Senior High separately or even together yearly, like the lock-ins above, concerts with local bands, scavenger hunts and fund raisers. 

 

Confirmation Classes-

Confirmation is an opportunity for students to "firm-up" their decisions to be followers of Christ. Many teenagers were baptized as infants before they had the ability to understand what being a follower of Christ is all about.  Confirmation is the process for them to come to an understanding of what it means to follow Christ and to be a Presbyterian and become full members of the church.

These classes are held once a year for several weeks.  Contact the Pastor for more information.
